I had to move my Chevy Cavalier through SMS. While I was placing the order I was told that it will take 4-10 days for alloting a carrier to me. As they said, the contacted me on 8th day (though it was very much silent for the first 7 days, not even a phone call from them!)to let me know about the carrier they have identified for the transportation of my car. To be honest I was pretty much nervous as they have taken the initial advance of $195.00 from my credit card on the same day when I placed the order. I was relieved when I came to know that they have identified the carrier for me. The carrier person called me the next day to schedule the pickup and said that after they pick it up, they will be delivering it on the 4th day. They took the car on 4th Jan but delivered on 11th! But I am not depressed with their service, as the driver called me regularly to let me know where he is and when he is expected to be in Boise, ID. After reaching Boise, he was ready to deliver the car by 12 O clock in the night, if I am ready to pick it up. I told him to bring it on next day morning and he delivered the car on 11th morning 9 O' clock. Though it was told that it will be a door to door delivery, I had to go to a nearby restaurant's parking lot to pick the car. But the car was in pretty good shape as I have left back in Detroit, though it was totally dirty outside. Overall I am highly satisfied with their service.
