This was the first time we have used a auto transport company. We read the reviews and it sounded as if your company did indeed care about the quality of the transport. We found it easy to complete the quote request form. Yours was not the least expensive, but neither the most expensive. We requested that our car be shipped on the upper deck and that request was honored. Silverado Transport picked up on the day we requested in a courteous, professional manner. They walked the car and noted any imperfections as expected. Leah in the office kept us up to date on scheduled arrival and true to their word, it did arrive on time. Max the driver kept us informed as to his location and called us 2 hours out to arrange a drop off site since our home is not easily accessable. We met Max at the designated drop off. He was courteous and friendly and off loaded the car with no problems. We walked the car, agreed all was well and complete the transaction. Once aspect of your shipping that I was drawn to was the fact that you will take a credit card deposit and then balance is due the driver COD. I thank you for a wonderful first experience and would definately use you again.
