Specialty Mobile was professional. courteous, competitively priced and communicated (except for a couple of days when their phone system was knocked out). The carrier they selected to transport the car, however, was not. They called at 9pm and said they would pick the car up at 9:20 pm and didn't arrive until 11:30 pm.
At the other end, they did not communicate until we called them. Then they told us it would arrive one day and then the next and then the next.....in all they delivered the vehicle almost a week later than their original date with no explanation. It wasn't a huge problem, and Speciality Mobile stayed involved the whole time. They also followed up aftewards.
