Good, Fast Service!

Everyone I spoke with at Specialty Mobile Systems was courteous, helpful and pleasant. Having not transported a car before, and after reading all the nightmare stories, I was not sure any of the transporters would be reliable. But, SMS scheduled a carrier for us within a few days. That one didn't work out, but shortly thereafter, another carrier was assigned and picked our car up on time and on the day they scheduled (we had to drive to a large parking lot near our house). The driver was very friendly, but hard to understand because of a thick Russian accent and a lack of good English language. However, we seemed to communicate what we needed to. Viktor from VR Transport under the company name Gabriel Car's Transportation was the driver with his wife and they had our car transported from Florida to Washington State in 4 days! We were very pleased with the fast service which allowed us to reduce car rental costs while waiting for our car to arrive. Viktor was very courteous and friendly, got a little lost finding our new home, but when all was done, it was a quick, reliable service. The cost was $1295 all together which is what the original quote online was. He gave us his cell phone # so we were able to coordinate meeting to get our car. I would highly recommend his services and SMS for their friendly, helpful seervice!
