I chose Specialty Mobile Systems after shopping for an auto transporter for 2 weeks. I received lots of price quotations but when I called to speak to someone on the telephone I did not feel confident in their services. I wanted a company that was licensed, bonded and insured and Specialty Mobile Systems has a good rating with the BBB. The price was a little higher then the other transporters but I felt it was worth it and it was! The driver arrived 2 days earlier then expected and called me every length of the way. I had not expected such excellent customer service and reliability.
