Specialty Mobile was very prompt in contacting me, while not being too pushy (as we all know many of these companies can be!) and kept me updated throughout the whole shipping process. My car arrived earlier than expected, and while there were some issues with the car upon arrival (the battery was dead...belts broken) I believe they stemmed from the age of the car (a 92 Accord) rather than from the transport process. Overall, I'm very happy with everyone over at Specialty Mobile and would use them again!
