The folks at Southern Belles were very good. Their sub-contractor (driver) was poor at best. Stacy was very quick to call with updates, unfortunately most of them were bad. We left Texas on the 28th of July and the car was supposed to leave on the 26th. The driver was held up at an auction and was not going to be able to make it on the projected date. Stacy called immediatly and told us that the driver would be there on the morning of the 28th. At 0900 on the 28th she called again with another update and was told by the driver's dispatcher that he would not be there until the 30th of July because he was delayed again in Houston. We made arrangements to have the car picked up from some friends and left for California. On the morning of the 30th Stacy called again and informed us that the driver had cancelled on the order because he was broken down in Houston (his hometown). Stacy worked quickly to get another driver and the car made it to California on the 7th of August.
