I contacted several companies to investigate the transport of my Altima from NY to LA. After speaking to Joe Ortega (sales) I chose South Beach. The arrangements were made verbally, to pick up my car. Contract and other paperwork was sent via email which was very clear and simple to return via email.
The driver arrived to pick up the car within the two hour time frame he specified. The car was delivered on the day we agreed within the agreed upon time frame.
I would not hesitate to use South Beach Transport again to transport a vehicle.
