After researching how to transport my parents' car from Florida to Texas, I was so apprehensive about trying to find a reputable and trustworthy company. I finally crossed checked reviews on www.transportreviews.com with the Better Business Bureau. Of the 3 companies I narrowed it down to, I received bids that were all over the place. Finally, a friend suggested South Beach Transport and Joe Ortega. I did the same cross checking and they seemed to have excellent reviews. As luck would have it, Joe answered my call the first time I called the company. He provided me with such great service and peace of mind. I did not get charged the first portion of the payment until the vehicle was picked up. The quote was exactly what he told me and didn't change as others have reported about different companies. The remainder of the fee, we paid to the driver after delivery of the car. The driver they provided, Rafael, was outstanding. The driver even surprised me by telling me they (he and his dad) would have the car in Richardson, TX by the following day! Everything went smoothly. Joe even gave me his personal number so I could reach him whenever I needed. As stressful as it is to move aging parents from one state to another, Joe made sure I had one less thing to worry about. I would recommend the company AND Joe to any of my friends. Thanks for coming through exactly as promised!
