I scheduled with Stefan, the shipping manager, to ship my car for my out of state move a full three weeks in advance. Not only was communication poor with him but my driver didn’t show, he was nonchalant about my time frame., even with me telling him I had a flight to catch. This was the absolute worst experience of my life during an already stressful time. I was very clear when I had to have my car picked up and delivered but he absolutely did not care. DO NOT use this company!! Clearly Stefan being the manager is a huge reason they suck!
