This company is not truthful about charges. A person going by the name of Albert gave me one price for shipping and charged another. Please understand that when brokers take a deposit that is paying them. The money you pay the delivery guy is his fee he is asking for delivery. This broker initially said they would get $100. Instead they took $300 and the driver gets $250. It is definitely a ripe-off when the dispatcher is making more than the guy doing the work! Check with other companies prior to using this company. You won't regret it!
I am going to take the time to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
