Prior to shipping my vehicle the undercarriage was not damaged. Upon delivery of my car the plastic portion of the undercarriage was ripped. I told the driver he said that the company is not responsible for damage under the vehicle. He said that I the owner must have Damaged my own car. Do not use this auto shipping company. Their customer service told me the same thing as the driver. They are a rip off!
