Silva Auto Transport is absolutely the WORST company I have ever dealt with. I don't mean just shipping company either. I mean out of any company. I hired them to ship a motorcycle I bought on-line from San Diego CA to Reno CA (about a 9 hour drive). It has been over 3 weeks now and I have nothing. Everytime I call them they give me some lame ass answer, and don't seem like they care at all. They tell me that they don't know how nobody has picked it up yet since they off such gret pay to drivers (obviously since I still don't have my bike over 3 weeks later). DO NOT USE SILVA AUTO TRANSPORT for any shipping needs. Time means nothing to them, and customer service means even less. I honestly have no idea how there are some good reviews on here for them (possibly from employees themselves). Spread the word SILVA AUTO TRANSPORT IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!
