DELAYS YES…………….FRAUD NO!!!!!
First of all I would like to apologize for the delays we experience when arranging the transportation of Erics bike. Shortly after this review his motorcycle was picked up and delivered to it’s destination in excellent condition. We don’t know how Eric comes up with his percentages on how we rate, but one thing I would like to note for the record Silva Auto Transport arranges the transportation of thousands of vehicles a year and has hundreds of repeat customers. We have tens of thousands of satisfied customers and a very few unhappy customers. Although we try our hardest to keep all customers satisfied we can not meet everyone’s expectations. We are far from FRAUDS as Eric states. Yes it took a little longer then expected to arrange the shipment of his bike, but that does not make us frauds. You have to understand that Erics bike was going from the sticks of New Mexico to the sticks of Alabama where Eric lives. It was hard work to have a driver commit to making this run, but in the end the shipment was made possible and Eric is now enjoying his bike.
