The overall experience was very good. From pickup in CA to delivery to FL the was no issues from the transporter perspective as the vehicle arrived without any problems.
The only complaint I had was communication on the day the delivery. I am not sure the situation is normal, but I was called and told that delivery was going to be that day. But the delivery did not happen and no follow up call to let me know that delivery was delayed. I called the following day and was told the estimated time of arrival would be between 6-8 pm and then the transporter showed up at 9pm. I realize traffic plays a role so again not a major concern and I believe you will also be satisfied.
