I have shipped my car with Ship a Car Direct three times now. The major car shipping companies are essentially brokers and all use pretty much the same model, so differentiation is based upon customer service and execution. In particular locating reliable and trustworthy shippers. I have had good experience with Ship a Car Direct, better than another I used (once), in terms of responsiveness and professionalism of the contact person on the front end, and the acrutal shipment has been a smooth process and as advertised.
