Mike with transport company was professional and friendly and made sure I was comfortable with how the car was secure. He was in contact with me at all points after he was assigned to deliver my car. John at Ship A Car Direct was also great with communication. This was my first time shipping a car and the videos on their website made the difference for me. It felt much more personal and professional.
