I called ShipACarDirect on Aug 19 and they confirmed the driver on Aug 21. The driver picked up my car on Aug 22 and delivered it on Aug 26. The delivery was fast, from MA to TX. ShipACarDirect maintained good communication with me throughout the whole process. There was mud when the car was delivered, but it would be expected considering the route. There is NOTHING I would be worried/complained about.
