John was my contact from start to finish with Ship a Car Direct and I couldn't have been more pleased with the entire process. I was led through each step with a clear and simple email each time, which always included a direct line to John if I preferred to talk live instead. Everything went as planned and I was even contacted afterwards to check that the vehicle arrived as stated, that all went well, and wanting to know if I had any questions. I would recommend this company because of the honest, upfront process that I experienced from day one. It was one of the biggest financial/stress pieces of my move cross country, yet ended up to be the easiest. They are reliable, honest, and transparent and I will use them again if needed - without hesitation.
