Used Ship-a-Car Direct to transport my car from NY to CA. Lots of emails and information throughout the process of finding a carrier. Driver was courteous and on time. The communication was good and the driver called with a comfortable time frame to arrival. On drop off he was running late and kept me informed through text the entire time. Car arrived in the same condition as when it left. All in all a good experience will definitely use this service again if I need to transport a vehicle.
