Shipped car from Texas to Virginia. Scott was great to work with... when our first available pick-up date came and went and our car still wasn't assigned to a carrier, I called Scott, nervous that we wouldn't meet our delivery deadline. Scott patiently answered all my questions and eased my concerns. The car wasn't picked up for another few days, but it was still delivered before our deadline. Most importantly, it was delivered in the exact same condition and had no damage. The driver was very friendly, professional, and took great care when loading/unloading the car on/off the truck.

My only complaint is the short notice at both pick-up and delivery. At pick-up, the carrier gave us only about an hour and a half advance notice. Luckily, my dad (who was helping us out with the car pick-up in TX) was able to make it work with his schedule, but it was a bit of an inconvenience for him. The same thing happened for delivery... two days prior to the estimated delivery date, the driver called around 11:30am and wanted to deliver that same day at 1pm. We were not able to rearrange our schedules that quickly, so after talking with both the driver and the coordinator of the carrier company, we were able to schedule the delivery for another day/time that was convenient for us. I was very pleased that the carrier was willing to be flexible and arrange another time that worked for our schedule.

Overall, we were very pleased with the experience. We will definitely use Ship A Car Direct again the next time we need to ship our car(s), and we will recommend Ship A Car Direct to our friends and family.
