If you're looking for exceptional vehicle transportation, look no further. I received WAY more attention and communication than expected. Things got only a little dicey when the actual carrier was assigned, but if ANYTHING comes up, the Ship-A-Car-Direct personnel will take care of you. They recognize that the actual carrier operates independently, and thus SACD are extremely committed to ensuring that everything goes smoothly after the hand-off. Honestly, I would have slightly preferred an in-house carrier as opposed to the broker system used, but I have absolutely no regrets or hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending this service to others.
