We were being moved by Princeton University from Memphis, TN for my husband's new position. The University's typical contracted carrier for this service would only have been able to move a single car for the price we received from Ship-A-Car Direct for BOTH of our vehicles. With the quote we received, we were able to convince the University to reimburse us for the cost of both cars, allowing us to fly from Memphis to Philadelphia instead of making the 16+ hour car ride (with two teenagers!!). Since I had never used this type of service, I was nervous about the process- however, I received frequent emails from Angela about what to expect and when. They came through as promised and both cars landed at our destination a little earlier than promised. The cars were dirty from being on the road for so long, but they're a bit older so it wasn't an issue for us. If you have nice cars, get the covered transport which is, from what I understand, offered. Happy to talk to you about our experience.
