Great service if you are flexible with pick up dates

First off - the car was delivered without damages and once picked up the service was prompt. The driver was extremely courteous and willing to work with us on the pick up and delivery meeting points. Also the pricing was fair and easily comparable to most other quotes I received.

The only gripe I have about the "ship a car" service is that when I signed up I was clearly told that I would received a confirmation on the shipping carrier anywhere from 4 hours of placing the order to 4 days before the first available pickup date. This was not true and after repeated follow ups I was given a confirmation 3 days AFTER the initial pickup/ move date. Needless to say this was really frustrating to deal with amid the move. This being the case even though I had placed this request a month before the actual move date.

Glad your car arrived safely, Jai! Sorry for the confusion around confirmations. We cannot guarantee a confirmation within 4 hours of placing your order, nor 4 days before the pick-up date. That is just not something we guarantee - no matter how much notice you give us - and we try to be very clear about that on the phone, on our website and in our terms and conditions. We CAN guarantee that we will get to work on your order immediately and we will confirm with you as soon as we have news, but schedules are not confirmed days in advance. Most often the pick-up is confirmed within 24 hours of the actual pick-up time. Yes, we do recommend having a day or two "wiggle room" around your pick-up date. So sorry that was not communicated clearly to you.
