I contacted Ship a Car Direct after booking with a competitor who 2 days after pickup time told me they weren't coming. That was after a month and multiple phone calls which gave no indication of a problem. Within 3 hours Ship a Car Direct had a carrier to take my car 3000 miles. Pickup was the next day. Driver was friendly & polite. A total professional! I strongly recommend Ship A Car Direct. They saved the day!
