If your shipping your across the country, do yourself a favor and go with ship a car direct. Angela provided great customer service and was always easily available to answer questions or resolve issues potential issues. The initial carrier said they couldn't pick up my car until 4 days after the agreed upon pickup date, so I called Angela and she found a new carrier within minutes to pickup my car on the agreed upon date. Shipped my car from Virginia to California and it arrived in 4 days (in the same condition as before pickup) even though the estimated time was 7-10 days. Would definitely use ship a car direct again and would recommend them to anyone for your auto transport needs.
