BN LLC through Ship-a-Car Direct did a great job with the cross-country shipment of my vehicle. Customer service for Ship-a-Car direct was excellent and payments were easily made. There were post-delivery inquiries also, to ensure services were delivered, etc. The rig-crew were good communicators during the pick-up process through the drop off process, keeping me updated on the progress of the shipment. The pick-up day/time and delivery day/time were right on schedule. Most importantly, there was no vehicle damage whatsoever. One thing to mention (that I did not expect) is that cars shipped openly are not 'washed/cleaned' on delivery - my vehicle was undamaged, but it was dirty on the outside and a bit so on the inside where the drivers jumped in and out to load and unload the vehicle. I am given that this is to be expected and is usual and customary for this type of shipment, so just be informed. It cleaned up easily after a good wash. I'd use Ship-a-Car direct services again, surely. Thanks also to BN LLC for a job well done!

Thanks for the great review, Karen! You are so right, vehicles do arrive pretty dusty after hundreds (or thousands) of miles on the road!
