I was initially very hesitant on getting a broker to do my coast to coast travel because I've heard so many bad things. I wanted to skip them all together and go directly to the carrier to save myself the unnecessary broker's fee/deposit. I ultimately decided to go with Ship a car Direct because I was getting a headache from all my research. My main contact was Matt, who responded promptly to my emails during the entire process. He seemed knowledgeable and informative. My carrier/driver was Ricardo from Seacoast Transport. He arrived on time and thoroughly inspected my vehicle before loading it onto his trailer. To my surprise, the trip from Florida to California would only take him FOUR days (most companies was telling me 7 to 10 days). My vehicle arrived dirty but otherwise in good condition. I gave him 900 bucks and he was on his way. Overall this was a smooth process and I would definitely deal with them again.
