It was professional working with Dale, no false promises or commitments, transparent with the process and keeping me posted on available carriers. The carrier I was assigned wasn't giving me the right time to work with during the day which left me doing nothing but wait for them. The same happened while receiving my car as well. It was a bit annoying on this part. However, the car has been carefully handled while loading and unloading from the truck especially making sure that the rear part of the car doesn't touch the ground during this process. Its on the expensive end but worth it.
