I contacted Dale for a quote to relocate my car from Los Angeles to Boston. He was such a pleasure to work with. He explained every step to me and talked me through the entire process. He was always available by phone or email. I shipped my car around the holidays and during the worst blizzard in Boston. The only negative thing about my experience was that the driver called in sick and they missed the initial pickup date/time. The delivery was a little difficult to time, only because I had to take off time from work to make myself available to receive my car. When the car was delivered, the driver was so nice and even posed for a picture that I titled "Ice Road Truckers: Boston Edition" haha. The entire team that they work with seem very knowledgable are great at providing the best customer service. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone!!
