I had never shipped a car before and was very apprehensive about the entire transaction. I decided to contact ship-a-car based on their BBB rating and reviews. I was skeptical that the quote I received would be honored and was pleasantly surprised when it came back exactly as estimated. At one point in the process, I got nervous and emailed my rep, Emily, my concerns. It was on a Sunday, but she called me anyway and addressed all of my concerns. The carrier they hired to haul my car was superb. My entire experience was flawless and impressive. I would use this company again without hesitation.
