This was my first time using a car transport service, I was so nervous about all the things that could go wrong, the scams, getting my car stolen or damages... But I did my reserch and took a chance with Ship A Car Direct, and I was very pleased!!! The customer service was great, Dale knows his business. I feel the price was fair, and competitive. Dale found me a driver pretty quickly, my car was picked up 1 day after my first available pickup date. It helps if your very flexible on your pick up dates and leave yourself with some wiggle room on your expected delivery date as well. My car arrived 1 day after my driver said it would which is as close perfect as I expected. My car arrive in the same condition as I dropped it off in at my front door! My driver Tim was very professional, he inspected my car and gave me an accurate bill of lading. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone! My experience was a pleasant one and I would absolutely use their services again! If I got ripped off by this company, no compensation or discount in the world would make me recommend them to another person. Believe me I was so skeptical, but Ship A Car Direct was great!!! This is my real experience and honest opinion!
