I was pleased with my experience with Ship a Car Direct, and the efficient assistance of the agent I worked with. The company (broker) is selective in the carriers they choose to work with, and that gives peace of mind. They have high standards & ratings. I also felt that the quote was very reasonable, & actually lower than some non-rated companies, and the company's videos explaining many commonly asked questions are helpful.

I was also pleased with the service & accommodation of the carrier. The driver was experienced, helpful, prompt and professional. I was placed in direct contact with the driver via cell phone during the process. My car was well cared for during shipment in sub-freezing winter conditions, and driver worked out arrangements for pick-up & drop-off at a time & location that was mutually workable.
The car actually arrived a day earlier than estimated. It was transported safely without damage or incident.

I definitely would use Ship A Car Direct again, as well as recommend them.
