Thanks for the feedback, Tom! Sorry your carrier could not accurately predict their arrival. It's a good point for future customers to know to allow for some wiggle room on arrival day. We call timing estimates "estimates" because they are best guess projections. Your carrier has 7-8 unique customer addresses, not a regular and tested route.
