I had a great experience in dealing with Ship A Car Direct. Tom was my dispatch coordinator and he kept me posted every step of the way. He was always professional, friendly, and quick in responding to my e-mails. As Tom had explained, the transporter promptly called and made arrangements as anticipated. I would highly recommend this company and their affiliated transporters to anyone looking to transport a vehicle. My car arrived safely without any problems and the process was easy and seamless.
