My experience was very unusual as I had made my decision who to use as my transport. The car was assigned to one transport and it had to be changed as the driver's wife had an accident and was unable to fulfill the obligation. Rodney at Ship A Car Direct engaged another transport and that one too had to be cancelled due to personal challenges with the driver. Rodney never gave up and made sure the timeline was met. Car 2 Go Transport picked my car up on a Wednesday evening and delivered my car to me by 9:00 a.m. on the following Saturday.

My car was perfect other than a little road grime. The Drivers were very nice. I would certainly use them again.
