I dealt with Tom, from start to finish. Excellent communication. I initially tried to use another broker, and had a horrible experience. I had to do all the communication, about my car, The dead line for pickup came and went. Nobody called me. They were given 2 months in advance, of pickup time. I called Tom, from the time I called, in 1 hour it was posted on the internet. One hour later, I was contacted by a trucking company, with all of the details. Now that is outstanding service. Thanks again Tom, it was a pleasure.
