I was very pleased with the service from start to finish.

Paul was very helpful and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. His follow-through was excellent with frequent emails, giving me a good comfort level.

Pick-up driver called just prior to arrival and arrived at our prearranged time. Very courteous and knowledge. He assured me he would personally deliver my car to me on my requested delivery date despite an error from the dispatcher which would have my car arriving prior to my arrival. This meant a delay in his schedule and he was very kind to accommodate me. We were in communication at regular intervals again providing a much appreciated comfort level. He delivered the car at our prearranged time in excellent condition.

My son recently shipped his car and was so disappointed in his experience from another carrier. My experience was excellent, from start to finish!
