My salesman Rodney from Ship-A-Car direct was very respectful when I called. I had never shipped a car before and so I was not sure what to expect. I like the fact that this company only asks for a deposit after the driver has been assigned to you. The driver was assigned to me quickly and he came when he said he was going to. He delivered my car quickly and safely from Connecticut to Louisiana. The driver spoke fluent English and did not charge me extra for him to wait for me to come and meet him at the designated location. I needed to have my Subaru Impreza shipped on practically the next day notice over a very long distance. This considered the shipping price of $995 was very reasonable.
