Ship a Car Direct was better than the other car shipping broker that we used, but by no means incredible. The customer service was pretty good but I had to requested the link to this review around 4 times before receiving it. They were helpful in communicating with the carrier. I would use the company again out of fear of using another company I have never tried. Overall, they were solid and pretty reliable. Not the lowest bid we got by any means but the service was better than the other places that had lower quotes. There was no damage to my car and people were responsive to our questions. The driver was great. He was very responsive, responsible, and funny. I am glad Ship a Car Direct set me up with that driver. Overall, satisfied by not overwhelmed by my experience. Will probably use them again.
