This was my first time having a car moved and it went great. Scott from Ship a Car Direct was first class. No issues whatsoever.

The driver who picked up the car at my sisters house in WV went above and beyond in helping get the car on the carrier. The brake light on the car had stuck on and it ruined the battery.The car would not start even with a jump. John removed the old battery helped her get the correct battery and installed the new one for her. He then made sure the fluids were full and got the car running.(1968 Firebird)

The car was still delivered on time.

The price of $850 was a little higher than some other quotes but the service we received was worth it.

Thanks for your first class review, Ronald! It's important to note that drivers are not mechanics - most would not be able to provide the same maintanence John did. But great to hear he was accommodating!
