Enjoyed working with Matt at Ship a Car Direct. The actual transport company was a little difficult to work with based on our circumstances of pick up and delivery of the truck. They did not seem to realize that we needed notification of pick up as we had to leave the truck in a parking lot and if they couldn't get it that night we would have to move it before it was towed and then upon delivery in California they couldn't verify a time for drop off and we had to coordinate with other people to pay for and pick it up. The company dispatcher was rude at times and we were only trying to make his job easier.

The actual truck driver was friendly and helpful. Overall not a bad experience. And Matt was great to work with.
