We are so sorry that the carrier did not honor your delivery restriction. That is completely acceptable so we will not be using that carrier again. There were limited carrier options at your requested preferred price. Our original quote would have provided more (and better) carrier options.
It is true that you can call us anytime if there are issues (and we want to know when there are problems) but unfortunately your representative is not available 24 hours a day.
