I've had to ship my car four times (jobs, grad school, etc.) and every time it has been a nightmare. So I was pleasantly surprised when my car was picked up on the very first day that I designated as available, and was delivered only two days later. Upon picking it up, the driver said he would call the next day and let me know when he would deliver. Not only did he keep his word by calling the next day, but he delivered exactly when he said he would, down to the minute. What a refreshing experience!
