I was originally skeptical about transporting a car, especially when my initial research indicated that there were so many brokers all clamoring for the opportunity to ship the vehicle. I ultimately opted for Safe Direct Car Shipping because they had a lot of referrals, a lot of experience, and they approached the process from a very professional standpoint. I loved the on-line tutorials they provided to help answer questions, and I liked that the owner of the company was the one providing the tutorials. And his telephone communications were very professional and straight-up. They weren't the cheapest bid, but I didn't mind paying a little more for the comfort and confidence that I felt in communicating with Tom. Ultimately the shipment worked out perfectly. The process was very smooth.
