The pick-up and the delivery dates were both 1 day earlier than the schedule but it worked out better for me. When the carrier picked up my car, he gave me his cell number so that I can cal/textl him anytime to ask him questions. He was a honest and responsible person. Whatever I asked he remembered and put his efforts to meet my needs. And Brian at Safe Direct was simply amazing. He was there to willingly answer any questions I had and he made sure to follow up even after the car got delivered safely, unlike many other dispatcher I've ever used so far. I am very glad I used this service.
