I was quite nervous about shipping my car because it was my baby! I tried looking up shipping option like uship. However, I was scared away by the among of dissatisfied customer and complains. Therefore, I read reviews on transport reviews and contacted the top 3 companies: magic carpet, safedirect, and amerifreight. First of all, I felt more informed with the youtube video provided by safe-direct. Second of all, Safe-direct is the only company that will pay for your deductible if the damage is not covered by the carrier's insurance. Last but not least, they take least money from me as a broker (hence more going to the pocket of the happy driver). Altai Auto Transport shipped my car and I could not be happier with their service. The car was picked up promptly and was dropped off only 1 day late without any permanent damage. Although I still don't understand why I have to pay ~20% of my money to the brokers, I am glad they help me secure a great carrier.
