I read a ton of reviews before deciding which carrier to use for my car transport. The one thing I had on my side is I didn't really care about time. This wasn't my primary vehicle so I could afford to wait if needed. That being said I actually got a call if the car could be picked up early (which was fine) and it was delivered earlier than expected, within a few hours I had the vehicle on a truck and copies of insurance and all requested documents. The driver was extremely friendly and was willing to work with my schedule. All in all, this was a very positive experience.
