Excellent services and communications. Actually I tried other company first and had bad experience, so I finally ended with Safe Direct. Tom is very helpful and professional. He helped me a lot regarding explaining details about car shipping, carrier, etc. He kept me updated almost everyday until my car was picked up. My car was picked up on time and delivered safely, to my door. I was noticed ahead of time by both Tom and carrier before it was delivered. I am very satisfied with the services. Will definitely choose Safe Direct next time!
