Jennifer at Safe Direct Car Shipping was extremely helpful and made shipping my car from the West Coast to the East Coast very simple. She was honest and was not pushy, like so many of the other agents I had spoken to prior. She was able to explain the shipping process, and was always accessible by email and phone.

My car was picked up on the day that I had requested and delivered on time, although it did take the full 10 days for shipment. My only issue was that my car was delivered on Christmas, which was not convenient.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Jennifer and Safe Direct....their price was fair, they were efficient, and honest.
